Everything You Need To Know About Your Axis Social Billing Agreement!
Q. I Want To Cancel My Upcoming Bill, What Do I Do?
A. To cancel your campaign management we require a minimum of 30 days written notice. If you have not already given us written notice, your upcoming charge will be processed as normal.
If you would like this to be your last charge, please provide written notice of termination as soon as possible.
Q. I Need To Update My Payment Method, What Do I Do?
A. Axis Social’s billing portal offers a self-service payment page which allows you to update your payment methods e.g. new credit card details. It is automatically emailed to you upon establishment of your billing subscription.

Q. How Do We Pay You?
A. You pay us at the commencement of each month, prior to Axis Social undertaking any work. For your convenience and cash flow management we utilise an online billing platform that takes payment on the same day every month. This accepts all major debit and credit cards.
We have made a conscious decision to remove accounts receivable from our business model, so that we may focus on delivering results for our clients. Accordingly, we do not invoice.
Q. I Will Need An Invoice For My Company, How Do I Get This?
A. No problems! The Axis Social billing platform will automatically provide a tax invoice for your company via email upon successful payment.
Q. Does Axis Social Charge A Setup Fee?
A. We do not charge a separate setup fee, as the cost of the campaign setup is covered under the first 15 days of your management period. Our billing platform will process your agency fee on a monthly basis.
Q. How Much Of Our Allocated Media Spend Goes To The Advertising Platform?
A. 100%. Unlike some agencies, we do not take additional commissions from your media spend. To ensure this is the case, you will even pay Facebook your media spend directly from within your own ad account.
Q. What Is The Minimum Campaign Length?
A. We don’t believe in locking you in for a 6 or 12 month contract. After your initial term, we keep things simple with rolling 30 day campaign cancellation notice periods.
Q. What If I Need To Pause My Active Campaign Management?
A. If you need to temporarily pause your campaign management we require a minimum of 30 days written notice. To pause campaign management with 30 days notice we require a clear date and explicit, written commitment to campaign reactivation
